- From a westerly direction ( Portsmouth
or Bosham ) A27 at first roundabout follow ring road A27
towards Brighton east next roundabout straight over, third
roundabout right towards Selsey. Next roundabout left onto
B2166 signpost Pagham. At next roundabout (pub on left Walnut
Tree) straight over. Past farm shops on left and right,
the road then has an s’bend and then you will see
a road sign showing the B2166 turning left. Turn left with
the B2166 (Pub opposite turning Royal Oak). Proceed one
mile and we are to be found on the right hand side of the
road. A lay-by is on the left, guest parking will be allocated
on check-in.
- From easterly direction (Brighton or
Goodwood) proceed to roundabout with retail park, McDonalds
and Pizza Hut take exit signposted Portsmouth to traffic
lights straight over next roundabout take second exit (
good idea to get in left lane as sharp turning) signposted
Runcton & Pagham (Vinnetrow road )at end of road turn
left at roundabout Walnut Tree pub on left. Past farm shops
on left and right, the road then has an s’bend and
then you will see a road sign showing the B2166 turning
left. Turn left with the B2166 (Pub opposite turning Royal
Oak). Proceed one mile and we are to be found on the right
hand side of the road. A lay-by is on the left for guest
parking will be allocated on check-in.
